After more than a decade leading multifamily housing operations and affordable housing compliance, I realized what I enjoyed most wasn't just managing portfolios - it was creating. Whether that meant simplifying complex regulations, mentoring future leaders, developing new products, or launching entirely new businesses, I've always been driven by the challenge of making things better than I found them.

Eventually, that way of thinking became The Blair Collective.
